Refunds & Returns
Maple + Strings does not offer refunds. We do offer exchanges if you have purchased the wrong variation of an item (ie. wrong size violin).
You would need to pay for all shipping costs.

If your goods are damaged, you have 14 days from when the order was received to notify us. You would need to pay for shipping and send the product back to us. After our technician has inspected the product and has deemed it damaged, we will send you a new product and credit you the original return shipping cost. If we deem your product to be acceptable in standard and not damaged, we will ship the product back to you charging you the shipping fee to have the product sent to you. We would not credit you for the original shipping fee that you paid to send the product to us.

The item must be unused and in original condition.
Shipping
Items that are picked up locally are free of shipping charges. There is a flat fee of $25.00 for shipping to near by cities. Further cities prices will vary.
Sales
All sales of undamaged goods are deemed FINAL SALE, unless an exchange is requested. Maple + Strings reserves the right to determine which items are eligible for exchange.
Warranty

All violins have a 1 year warranty. This excludes the string, bow, case, and accessories. This warranty does not cover accidental damage or violin damage caused by using another less-sufficient case.
